| you use if you are replacing defective parts at no cost. I always get pissed when people ask me to do this as the seller can lose their exporting rights if they get caught. Why should I risk my exporting rights to save you a few bucks? I would be out millions if I lost my rights. Between individuals is a different thing, but I still would not do it. I usually just cancel the order when people ask me to do this or get pissed when I won't. I think this guy got a little jerky a little quick for someone that is asking another person to break the law for him. I probably would have responded the same way. If he had beed cool about it the guy may have tried to fix his mistake. He was already sounding pissy about the guy waiting till his check cleared. I would have held it too if I had never done business with him before.
